Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring contract compliance is provided for contractors performing construction on the Owner’s electric transmission system. Will ensure work is completed safely and to design specifications. The scope of work will vary from simple upgrades on existing lines and substations to the construction of new lines & substations. Responsible for identifying and assisting in the resolution of issues that could compromise the success of a project (e.g. design issues, material issues, contractor performance issues, access issues, customer issues).

Base Qualifications: Two-year technical degree with greater than 3 years of relevant work experience OR greater than 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience working in the Utility industry is a plus. Leadership/compliance management experience is also a plus. Proficient at using a computer and Microsoft Office products. Ability to communicate and work with remote teams.

Location: Project specific. Current projects locations are in TX. Projects in other states may open new positions in other states also.

We are looking for junior and experienced full stack developers to maintain, develop and enhance our software services suite for utilities.
We understand that a person is unlikely to be skilled in all components of a full stack environment with rapidly evolving technologies. A willingness to learn quickly parts of the system that are unfamiliar and put systems together would be a major plus.

  • Should be skilled in php and Javascript.
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, HTML5 and CSS.
  • Experience in Angular.js and/or mobile app experience, AWS would be a plus.
  • iOS app experience would be a plus.
